In this dynamic Full Body Series we focus on the Side Body & 360 Core. Our Side Body is often overlooked, however here, it is an integral and signature aspect of our practice.
The side body system connects your side supporting muscles, obliques, hips and shoulder stabilisers in one plane of motion. Whilst our core is often worked through crunch style flexion and extension, here we engage the full 360 core, from the obliques to the TA, the multifidus to the pelvic floor.
