In this Workout we are using key principles of Pilates & Barre as well as the the Soft Pilates Mini Ball to activate our deep core muscles. With the option to add mini hand weights or bands of around 1kg we are toning the arms and elongating the legs as we embark on this dynamic and super effective Core workout. If you are without the Ball or hand weights, your own body weight works just as well too.
