In this Super Effective 26 Minute Workout we target the hips and glutes for the ultimate Booty Lift. This class is designed to Elevate your Heart Rate as we Combine Standing Exercises with Mat Work, so you feel as if you have not only targeted key areas, but Toned, Lengthened and Moved your entire Body. Option to add light Ankle Weights (0.5-1kg) to Elevate and Intensify your Workout as we hit the Mat. Or, work with Your Own Body Weight as you familiarise with and practice the Movements.
