This 20 Minute Workout is your new Go To for Dancer Arms. Inspired By Jane Fonda, we aim to keep our Arms lifted, with big Fluid Movements to Tone, Sculpt and Create Beautiful Lean Lines. Using the Pilates Ball to engage the Inner Thighs and Activate the Deep Core Muscles. Polishing everything off by working with our Own Body Weight. I recommend light Hand Weights or Bangles around 1kg. Weights are of course, always optional xx
