This is your anywhere and anytime Essential Core Workout. Add it on to other workouts or do it on the daily. Not only will these Primary exercises tone your deep Core muscles, but they also promote functional flexibility. Around 1kg Ankle Weights are an optional add on. I only recommend using them if you are without back pain & already quite strong in your Core. Otherwise go without, your own bodyweight is always an excellent option too.
