I love this Express Inner & Outer Thighs Series. It's Effective & Dynamic whilst the Focus is on Length, Elongating and Creating Lean, Slender Muscle Tone. Targeting the Inner Outer Thighs, Tighten & Tone Inspired by the Pilates and Barre Repertoires, this Workout can be Practiced post a Walk or added to other Rhythmic Workouts. Fluid Movements Create Length whilst we feel the burn, so you just know it's working. Option to add Light (0.5kg) Ankle Weights as you progress, but it's most certainly effective with your own body weight alone. Hope you love it and it feels as effective as it is xx
