In this Workout we go deep, using the Pilates Mini Ball to help Tone the Glutes & Zip Up The Core. This is not your boring Workout, we make things fun and fluid with these Dynamic exercises, connecting Mind and Body for the ultimate, effective, pilates & Barre Workout on The Mat. Option to add 1kg Ankle weights. If at any point they don't feel right, whip them off & use your own body weights. If you're without the Ball, use the same Cues, without the Ball.
