Props; The Pilates Ball to Activate our Deep Core, Inner Thighs & Glutes. If you're without one, practice the same exercises without one, I will guide u through. If you wish to Elevate your Workout or add extra challenge, add light ankle weights (0.5-1kg) and hand weights (0.5-1kg).
