In this 26 Minute Booty Burn, we Integrate the Entire Body, making it Dynamic as well as Targeted & Effective. We begin with a Standing Warm Up, focusing on the Glutes, transitioning to the Mat, where we add the Band to level up (always optional, perform the same exercises without if u prefer). Movements are Fluid, Creating Toned, Lean Muscle Definition. Light Hand Weights to Tone the Arms, around .5-1kg. Props are always optional, if you are starting out, u can try the Workout without first. Hope you love it & Feel the Burn xx
