In today's Workout we are using the Pilates Ball to help activate our Deep Core Muscles, as well as the Posterior Chain, namely the Glutes & Hamstrings. Targeting those hard to reach muscles. If you are without the Pilates Ball, u can leave it out and still have a great Workout, or try folding a small cushion in half for something to squeeze.
