In this 32 Minute Barre Workout, We tone the entire body and target the deep Core muscles. If you don't have an actual Barre, all we need is a sturdy support such as a Counter Top, Stool or High Back Chair, ideally hitting around hip hight. Light hand weights to Tone the Arms. And a soft Pilates Ball aids in activating the Deep Core, but if you don't have one, perform the same exercises without it, or try folding a small cushion in half. Remember to stay connected to your core through the entire Workout, and have fun sculpting your entire body.
