*Note; Though this Challenge is designed in tis entirety to be Effective and Results Driven without the Rebounder, A Collection of Rebounder Classes has been included as an optional Extra to intensify and elevate your results. It is intended as a bonus aspect for those with Rebounders and in no way essential for this Challenge.
