Though the body needs rest and recovery during this time, it can also benefit from gentle Flows, finding length, expansion and relief in the body. Think Pilates Flows & gentle Barre Sequences. Pilates with a good dose of Pelvic Lifts can help improve circulation, release endorphins, and restore your sense of self, while also alleviating fatigue, tension, and stress. These movements will not only keep your body relaxed but also boost energy and improve your mood. As Estrogen begins to rise again, you may notice renewed energy. If this happens, feel free to ease back into more challenging flows or light, low impact cardio. The Golden Rule; always listen to your body.
