As Estrogen peaks, you’ll likely feel a surge in energy, making it a great time to practice more challenging flows around 30 minutes is sufficient or a little longer if you are already fit & healthy. With the increase in Testosterone, you may feel stronger and more resilient, ready to take on a little mote challenge than in other phases of your cycle. Listen to your body as it will sharply drop too. This is also the time when you may feel more competitive and motivated to challenge your personal best or try a workout that previously felt too long or too intense.
